PHASE 4.1

IMPORTANT!! CONFIRM your 1-1 date & time with me

Our call will be approx 2-3 hours long, so please set aside this amount of time.
(+ those of you who cannot do a call will receive an email within the first few weeks after month 1 is submitted to me)


I will be spending a whole day going through all of your answers you've done so far in regards to WHO YOU ARE, & YOUR STORY. We will have an in depth discussion surrounding what I have outlined, & I will help you find things within your answers that light you up or create that intrigue within you to look into more.

After our call together, I will send you an in depth roundup email in regards to what we spoke about, wait for this until you continue with the other phases.

However, whilst you wait for the above process to happen, I'd like you to create a mood board, please see the below

* I highly recommend you do not continue with the next questions until we have had our 1-1 call together, & you have received your email reply, that way that section is closed, & you can fully open up your mind to the other questions which help you think in other ways.

PHASE 4.2

‘Who You Are’ Moodboard

I thought creating a moodboard in between our 1-1 call together & you waiting to hear back from me (this can take up to one week btw, sometimes even longer) would be a good idea.

Normally mood boards are kind of like vision manifestation boards (you’ll be doing one of these at the end of this programme), they embody what you would like to see in your life, however this specific one, at this specific stage I want you to create a board that shows WHO YOU ARE as a person.

Everything & anything that makes you YOU. This can be a mix up of words, personal photos, or photos of others that embody/align with you, it could be memorable things, something that represents something about you or a specific time in your life. Honestly anything that represents who you are as a person at this very stage in your life.

This is your creative space to show me WHO YOU ARE, & to remind yourself WHO YOU ARE !


Physical Moodboard

I highly recommend doing a physical moodboard bcus again it gets you away from the laptop, & that blue screen & gets you in more of a creative flow.

What you're going to need to do a physical moodboard -


▾You can either do this in your A4 notebook that you're using for this course, of if you would like to have it separately or larger then a big piece of card would be perfect, or a canvas if you want to hang it up (this will be really nice to personalise your cabin).
▾ Glue stick
▾ Scissors
▾ Magazines
▾ Trinkets you've collected or purchased from the store - beads, & stickers are fab for this
▾ Print outs from online

Some empowering music & your fav drink ;)

Canva Moodboard

If you want to create your moodboard online because you can't get access to magazines or you'd like to add it as your desktop screensaver ;) then I highly recommend designing it on Canva, because it's so bloody easy, & they have templates for you that makes it even easier.

Have a good'ol Pinterest session & save loads of images to your Desktop that you feel represent WHO YOU ARE (remember this is not a vision manifestation board this is a moodboard that represents who you already are) anything you feel represents you save it & add it to your mood board, like I said above these make great Desktop covers or screensavers, & also you can design one for your phone too so that you always have a constant reminder of how incredible you are ;)

Your steps to create your moodboard on Canva -

▾ Go on Canv
▾ Tap Create Design in the top right hand corner & then type in Desktop Wallpaper
▾ Once your page comes up, on the left hand side click Templates & type in collage
▾ You will now have a whole selection of templates to choose from
▾ Drag all of your saved images from your (Pinterest - Downloads) folder into the upload section & start inserting them into your collage however you want to design it
▾ Add this to your mobile phone background, your desktop background, or your screen saver
