Hi! My name is Leandra.
I am currently a chief stew in yachting and have been in the industry since 2018. Like you, I have experienced many highs and lows in the industry, specifically the pressure around body image, stress, not feeling good enough and always settling for less than I deserve.
In 2019 I started my healing journey by going on a retreat in Bali. This retreat really connected me to my Goddess Energy (or Highest Self) and since then I dived into self development, healing, self love & self care, all in which helped me to fully love myself, understand myself and accept myself for who I truly am. On this journey I found the courage to heal an eating disorder, go after my career dreams and to let go of habits & people that were no longer serving me.
I have become so strong in setting boundaries, manifesting dreams, having a healthy relationship with my body & food, feeling whole & being independent.
My next dream is to help women in yachting have the same breakthroughs, specifically to find a deeper love for their bodies and themselves because from this place of love and true connection, your desires and path in life becomes so clear.
