“You gotta push yourself OUT of your comfort zone”

Now we all know that we have to step outside of our comfort zones to be where we wana be, so we can live the lives we wana live, so we can truly transform the lives of the people we are helping

But it’s damn hard to do this hey
It’s bloody scary AF

& especially showing up more on Insta, now I’m not talking about posting a nice brand photo of you, I’m talking YOU SHOWING UP ON VIDEO ;)


Sharing brand VALUE - this is talking, showing your face & posting as reels, & the brilliant part…. Saying ‘fck it’ & just posting it, NO JUDGMENT ON YOURSELF

We’re going to concentrate this Reels challenge on ‘giving value’

Value is sharing what you know, what you’re knowledgable in, it’s telling your Dream Audience what you do, how you do it, why you do it etc

It’s what shows you as the expert at what you do!
(& what I mean by expert is, you don’t have to be a master in it, you just need to be a couple of steps ahead of your Dream Audience)

Your Dream Audience need a balance of knowing they like you (personality) & knowing you know what you’re talking about (value)

REMEMBER
Step outside your comfort zone babe, no growth happens there. If you want the entrepreneurial, boss babe life you keep dreaming about, you just got do it

TIP - Make your Reels as short & sweet as possible (try as much as poss to stay under 1 minute), but make sure that you are giving them VALUE within each one.

TIP - If it helps you to write down what you’re guna say first then do that, if you’re more of a ‘wing it’ kinda gal like me, (if I write anything down before I do a video I mess up so much bcus i’m trying to make it perfect by remembering what I wrote, where as I just go with my natural channeling & speak from my heart & just see what comes out hahaha)
Lean into what is best for you, & if you don’t know yet try both ways ;)


Some prompts to help you create VALUE Reels -

What is it you do?
How do you help others?
What is your offering(s)? (explain all separately & what stage someone needs to be at to do it)
Why are you their go-to?
What do you sell & why?
Who is your product or service for?
Why are you good at what you do?
What experience do you have?
What do they need to do to be able to work with you?
What steps do they need to do to sign up?
What’s the process of each offering/how does it work?

You can also give Value by telling your DA how to do something.
(I tell my clients all the time, don’t be afraid to tell everyone & share what you know, if something you tell them helps them grow, or have a realisation, or think of something in a more positive way then that is going to make them want to BUY from you. Don’t be afraid that no-one will buy your course or programme if you give out lots of info - this makes them want to but it more !)


Think about your Offering, break it down into the tiniest of things & give advice on HOW they can do something
e.g. if you’re a Nutrition coach -
What’s 3 small things can they start implementing into their life to create change?
What are some easy & simple swaps they can do?
What does a specific ingredient mean?
What should they be looking out for when they do a food shop?

Break your offering down, how can you help them?

If you have a product based biz, e.g. Womenswear clothing line -
How to wear your dress?
What colours pair well with X dress?
The different ways you can style X dress?
How X dress can be dressed up or dressed down
