Create Harmony
I believe this is key.
You want to be your own boss, & an entrepreneur, you want to live your freedom lifestyle, pick your own hours, & do what absolutely sets your soul on fire everyday.
BUT, finding the above should not come at the expense of your health, & your happiness.
You may have a time frame in your head in which you would like to leave yachting by, which is good btw, goals are GREAT, & keep us motivated, but by putting too much pressure on yourself to find this 'idea' every minute of every day will only add stress to your life; & I promise you, the more you force, the more you put that pressure hard on yourself to find it quickly, the further away it will get.
Like I've said before, finding those things that light up your soul that you may wana start a business in does not come quickly, it happens over time, & when the time is right. Having your notebook, or spreadsheet (if you're a spreadsheet kinda gal) with lots of things outlined, highlighted &/or listed is for you to work through gradually, at your own pace, & aligned to your lifestyle; whether that be on charter, or a new mum on land, & everything far & in between.
This 1-1 programme is to open your mindset, to make you think in different ways, to broaden your horizons, & give you inspiration, & a list of things to look into on a deeper level.

“WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER”

Work SMARTER, not harder.
This is a great habit to start getting into before you're at the create a business stage, because like I've said before, the entrepreneurial journey is NOT easy (I will never, ever pretend that it is), it's full of hurdles, lots of error, & obstacles at every turn.
Start getting into the habit of putting your LIFE first over your work, obviously we all need to work whether that's onboard or now on land BUT what's most important is that we stay as far away from burnout as possible, & burnout happens when you start sacrificing all the leftover time you do have for what you are seeking/working towards (I.e. becoming an entrepreneur & discovering your Soul Shine). You still need to have fun, you still need to relax, you still need to socialise, these are all important & essential in our lives, not to just be sat in your cabin every weekend.
This is where harmony truly comes into play because, of course, sacrifice does need to be made, if you want to do something, if you want to make something happen, you have to find the time for it, & sacrificing some things does need to happen..... but I'm not on about all & everything !
Be very choosy with what you decide to do, & to not do, what's important in your life? What’s a non negotiable that you need to do to feel you? This could be going for a long morning hike on a Saturday morning, this will ALWAYS be good for the soul, I'd never recommend EVER, cutting out a hike to sit in your cabin & research what lights you up, however.... I would recommend listening to an audio book whilst on your hike ;)
There are a few ways to work out your BEST & most productive time to work on your Soul Shine discoverings. One way is to work out how you can feel accomplished. I have designed a great workbook for you because it helps you highlight & work out what time you already have free in your day & what you spend the rest of your day doing.
