I really do believe that feeling grateful on a daily basis will help you feel more fulfilled on a daily basis. + these questions you're about to answer in the WHO ARE YOU section are very in depth, & they will bring up some things that you thought were very much hidden (this is a good thing by the way).
If you start your day thinking of what you’re grateful for, that sets you up positively & in the right mindset, so that the rest of your day bounces off that feeling.
With your GRATITUDE PRACTISE guided by the book The Magic you will start your day with a smile on your face & really appreciate the smaller things in life.
Enjoy them because you DESERVE to reap the rewards.

A gratitude practice is simply a daily ritual of expressing your gratitude for all the wonderful things, people, & experiences in your life right now.
Quantum physics has proven that everything is energy, & that includes our emotions & Gratitude is number one on the emotional vibration scale.
Along with love, gratitude is the highest-vibration emotion of all.
When we dwell in the higher vibration emotions – think love, gratitude, hope, positivity, & optimism, the energy generated from these emotions raises our vibrational frequency.
Having a high vibration means that we are more aligned with our dreams & goals, life becomes easier, we actually manifest what we desire, we attract positive people, & ultimately make better decisions.
ALL THESE THINGS SERVE TO MAKE US FEEL HAPPIER, & MORE WHOLE.
Here is your gratitude practice & your daily reminder. Spread it out how you wish, if you want to look at it every 2 days or every week that’s completely fine but make sure you give yourself a plan of when to look at it.

We spend so much longer on the journey
then we actually do at the destination.
I’ve realised on my journey that gratitude & appreciation really is as important as the experts say it is.
If we just keep concentrating on that one thing we’ve put on a pedistool, when we get there there’s going to be something else we put on a pedistool, & we’re just guna keep striving, keep hustling. We actually spend so much longer on the journey, & if we learn to appreciate that journey, no matter if it’s good or not we will be a lot happier, & whole within ourselves.
One of my fav things ever is going for a walk in the trees, & in nature, it really does make me feel alive, & grateful for where I am & who i’ve become. Indie has defo made feeling grateful easier for me, these sweet young innocent souls really do see the beauty in everything, & everyone, & from me seeing her appreciate it all has slowed me down to appreciate more in my life, & especially in the small things.
